Escuela de Discipulado y Entrenamiento (EDE) \/ Discipleship Training School (DTS) <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Voice for the Voiceless DTS has begun, and I couldn’t be more excited. This has been such “a ride” getting to this point, but I’m here for the ride; I’m all about challenges. The book of James happens to be “my book” in the bible, as God keeps talking to me about the “testing of my faith producing perseverance”. With the constant “obstacles” that came our way to possibly not go forward with the DTS, it drove me closer to Him – to fight in prayer, and to stand on His word. God is faithful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have been in this DTS for a week now, and things are rolling. In my effort to win over the hearts of our students, I have been loading them up with chocolate, and lots of it! God has truly blessed us with some amazing ladies with such fun personalities and gifts. I’m especially thankful for our student who likes to bake – God truly loves me, and my belly!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I’ve mentioned before, a smile out of this guy…not easy<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’m thankful that I get to do ministry with my “sister”<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n
\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I was told that my pictures make it seem like I’m on vacation – I smiled. I’m here in Spain, serving as a missionary at the YWAM Madrid base, and I’m truly loving it. I love it more because I know this is what God wants for me to be doing right now; I am right where I am supposed to be. Because of my obedience, I am blessed and loving it! There have been moments where I just stop and revel in what God is doing in my life – oh how it does feel like a vacation. He has chosen me to GO…and I am all about my Daddy’s business!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I won’t lie and act like there aren’t moments that I want to pull my hair out (I won’t because I love my hair<\/em>), but I can truly say that I really do enjoy what I am doing. Everything I am doing, I do for the Lord – this changes my attitude about how I go about accomplishing my day to day tasks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free<\/p>Ephesians 6: 7-8<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I’m truly just trying to live out God’s word, ya know. Is it really work if you’re doing what you love?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
