Andrew and Maiya are two Americans who were called to be missionaries to Spain. Their story actually begins in Spain – where they met while serving at the YWAM Madrid base, and discovered that they both shared the same vision: To Meet No Strangers – sharing the love of Christ by meeting people’s needs to connect them with Him.
Andrew has been a full time missionary since 2017, and Maiya since 2018. They got married in March 2020, welcomed their first little girl, Isabela, into their family in April 2022, and Gabriela, their second little girl, made her grand entrance in November 2023. Currently, they are both serving on the YWAM Madrid leadership team, as well as serving in various other roles at the base.
